This class is designed for our Jr Members to introduce them to functional and strength training. Working with a personal trainer, they will learn age-appropriate exercises, be introduced to the fitness equipment, and have fun! This class is for 10+ members and is great for Sports conditioning or those who are just interested in general fitness. Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:15pm $25 per Class Kids are welcome to join both days or just one day a week.
